SHIPPING
Orders for in-stock merchandise will be confirmed upon receipt and shipped within 2 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays.) You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a full refund or exchange postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@jadembir.com to request a return and shipping information will be provided. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. All merchandise must be in it’s original sale condition, with tags intact. We will process your return within 2 business days and send a confirmation and return receipt when your return/exchange is complete. We recommend returns be sent by traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
